Account Login Security

Your email and password are encrypted in transit. Fingerprint or face unlock is stored on your phone only—not on our servers. We never see your biometric data.

Session Verification

If you log in from a new device, we send a verification code to your email. This prevents someone else from accessing your account with a stolen password.

Payment Encryption

All deposits and withdrawals use SSL encryption. Your JazzCash, Easypaisa or Raast transaction details are never stored unencrypted in the app.

Logout on Close

Closing the app logs you out automatically after 30 minutes of inactivity. This protects your wallet if you leave your phone unattended.
